Our Customer Support team’s regular operating schedule is Monday through Friday, 8AM to 6PM CST. Support requests are usually processed in order of receipt.  We strive to respond within 24 hours or less.

 

Our Customer Support team’s holiday schedule (December 22, 2019 through and including January 1, 2020) is 10AM to 3PM CST.  During this period, the expected response time is 48-72 hours.
