Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, you can pause your subscription, if your account meets the following criteria:
- You must have an active monthly subscription that is purchased directly from HIDIVE (vs. iTunes or Roku).
- There must be no promotion or gift credit balance on your account.
- A minimum of one successful payment is required between two consecutive pause requests.
How can I pause my subscription?
If you're not already, log into your HIDIVE account. From the “My Account” page, click “Pause Subscription” and follow the on-screen instructions.
For how long can I place my subscription on pause?
You can pause your subscription for 1, 2 or 3 months.
Will I lose my profile settings and queues when I pause my subscription?
No, everything within your account including, profiles and queue information will remain as they are while your subscription is paused.
Can I access my account while my subscription is paused?
You will have uninterrupted access to your account and you'll be able to update it during the paused period. However, you will only be able to watch free videos.
Can I resume my subscription before the end of the requested paused period?
Yes, and to do so log into your HIDIVE account. From the “My Account” page and select “Resume Subscription” and follow the instructions. Your subscription will resume immediately. Your payment method will be charged only for the prorated balance of the current billing cycle plus applicable taxes. Your regular subscription charges will apply on your next billing cycle.
