As of April 28, 2020, HIDIVE has implemented increased security requirements, which will be enforced on all users accounts. All users will need to adhere to updated password requirements and confirm valid email addresses in the system.

For users who already have a valid password and confirmed email address, this process will be skipped. Depending upon the status of the account in the HIDIVE system, upon first login after the security update has been put into place, users will be prompted to update their password and/or confirm their email.

Update Password:

For all users who do not meet the current password requirements, upon successful login you will be prompted to update password.

If your password meets requirements, this step will be skipped.

  • Password Requirements:

    • Character Length: Between 8-32 Characters

    • Upper Case Letter(s)

    • Lower Case Letter(s)

    • Number(s)

Confirm Email:

For all users who do not have a Confirmed Email, upon successful Login you will be prompted to Confirm Email.

If your email is confirmed, this step will be skipped.

  • How to Confirm Email

    • When on the Confirm Email page, click "Send Email."

    • Leave the web page open.

    • Check your email & click the "Click Here To Verify Your Account" link from the email you receive.

    • If you do not receive the email, you may click "Resend Email."

    • Skip this step: If you skip this portion of the security update, upon login you will be prompted to confirm your email again, until this step is complete.
